You can go to either of the url’s at the bottom of this email to see the changes and how it affects your particular VPS and/or Hybrid Server. This is a holiday gift from all of us at KnownHost which will remain on your account for the lifetime of your subscription. This upgrade is free to all current customers with a SLM based VPS or Hybrid Server so hope you delight in.
If you are using an older VPS based on UBC memory management (VPS M,VPS L, XL, XXL, Triple X, HY-Eco, and HY-Pro) this upgrade does not apply but you can easily convert to our new plans at the new price as many have done over the past year with no downtime. This is a seamless process as we built a process to make this simple for our customers.
This holiday upgrade delivered to you by KnownHost Santa is something we all at KnownHost are quite proud of. This upgrade involves a large investment on our part but in return we feel this will provide our current and new customers with a better valued product at the same cost. Our goal is to grow with our customers so this upgrade should allow this to happen with no downtime or price increase involved. This will be 100% transparent to all customers this effects so over the next week these upgrades will silently occur with no service interruption.
